Shipping policy

Please allow 72hours for your order to be fulfilled, ready to be shipped. As some products are handmade, or may be shipping from a warehouse in another state. This timeframe allows for each item to be properly prepared and ready for delivery.

 

Online Order Pickup at our Greenslopes Salon:

Pick up in Salon is available when ordering online. Please be aware that pick up times vary due to Salon operating hours being by appointment only. You will receive an email with available times to pick up your order once you complete your order online.

If you receive your order and a product is damaged, please contact us for further assistance at admin@mjbaesthetics.com.au  within 24hours of receiving your parcel.
