Post Treatment 3 Day Lash Extension Guarantee.

If you are experiencing extreme fall out within the first 3 days of your appointment, we will offer a free touch up and consultation to determine the cause. After 3 days, it may be considered an aftercare related issue and you will need to book an infill appointment. You will only be offered 1 free touch up per appointment providing you follow proper aftercare instructions. Please be aware that it is normal to lose between 1 - 5 natural lashes per day, depending on your lash growth cycle. Reasonable fall out should be expected. You must follow all aftercare instructions given at your appointment in order for our guarantee to be honoured.

1. Come to your appointment with a Clean face.
2. Must be using recommended Eyelash Cleanser
3. Use of mascara or strip lashes will void our guarantee instantly.
4. Wetting the Lashes, sweating, saunas, wearing make up, picking and pulling the extensions and sleeping on them will void the guarantee instantly.
5. Incorrect aftercare of any kind will void our guarantee.
